The Brewery:

The name for our rather unique chalet is of Old English-Germanic origin, and loosely translates as: Good Health Brewery!        

The handcrafted English style ‘Real Ales’ are a 100% natural product, all brewed on the premises by award winning Master Brewer, and are for private consumption only; you won't find these beers for sale anywhere!  

Made from carefully selected ingredients; local and imported malts, fresh Nelson hops, pure filtered water, and yeast.

The beers are all allowed to slowly mature and naturally condition, are unfiltered and un-pasteurised. Then dispensed via traditional English hand pumps; draught beer as it should be enjoyed, with out the need of artificial and excessive carbonation.

No chemicals or preservatives, no added sugars or enzymes. No artificial colours or flavours. The epitome of hand crafted beers!

Each evening, at your convenience enjoy complimentary beer, accompanied by a substantial platter of nibbles to excite your taste buds.  Fine wines and non alcoholic refreshments are also available upon request.
